Situated at the very heart of the forest, a dense cluster of trees hides the ThunderClan main camp from view. The cats who live here have put up strong walls of thorny brambles around the small hollow and many low growing shrubs conceal the entrance tunnel.

| ThunderClan Dens
ThunderClans dens are situated in a rough circle within the small hollow they call their main camp. They are a hive of activity particularly during the morning and evening.

| ThunderClan's Territory
The main features of ThunderClans green territory are the great beech, which is the tallest tree in the forest, tallpines, the most beautiful area in the territory and sunningrocks, the most fought over piece of land known to the Clans. Their territory is thick with foliage and undergrowth as stalking is their preferred hunting technique.

| Boundaries
Mostly all of ThunderClans scentmarkers are among the many trees of the vast forest in which they live. The western markers back onto Fourtrees, where the Gatherings are held. They share borders with RiverClan and ShadowClan also.

| The Main Camp
This is the RiverClanners main camp. Based on a small island in the middle of one of their many rivers, this place is filled with soft water reeds ideal for making nests out of. There's usually at least two cats on the island at any one time, but you'll have a hard time finding them inside the maze of dens and reedbeds.

The RiverClan dens have been made in a wonky circular shape around the main clearing of their camp. They all look pretty much the same except for the varied sizes and levels of protection given.

| Riverclan's Territory
RiverClan territory has the biggest supply of water of all the Clans. At least four rivers and streams crisscross over their land providing plenty of fish to keep their bellies full. Reed island is a common place to find the RiverClanners, aswell as the training valley and the gentle waters.

| Boundaries
RiverClan boundaries are a right old mixture. Soft green grass is the most common view, spreading for almost the entire territory, however the odd patches here and there along the border are dusty and dry and the border with ThunderClan is actually the river. They share borders with WindClan also.

| Main Camp
Slightly off-centre (veering towards the ThunderClan border), the WindClan camp is based inside a huge open topped gorse thicket. Dens have been created around the edges by the most hardy and pain-resistant cats and leaves, twigs and moss have been used to cover any gaping holes. The long entrance tunnel is quite easy to find but very prickly to wriggle through if you don't have the right technique.

| WindClan Dens
The WindClan dens are situated in a rough oval shape within the gorse thicket that they call their main camp. Cats are often flitting in and out of the dens at will.

| Windclan's Territory
The most significant places in WindClan territory are the breezey hills, the flatlands and the training hollow. All of them can be of use to a cat, but unless you know the way of the land like the speedy WindClanners you're unlikely to get far.

| Boundaries
WindClan territory consists mainly of large grassy moors, with hardly a tree in sight but many low growing bushes and gorse thickets. As with every Clan, part of their boundary line sits directly against the border of Fourtrees - but unlike the other three, WindClan is closest to Highstones, something that they pride themselves on immensely. They share borders with RiverClan and ShadowClan also.

| ShadowClans Main Camp
In the middle of a rather large copse of trees lies the ShadowClan camp. It's just the same as any other Clan, filled with wandering kits, bouncy apprentices and miserable elders. The camp is protected by a large amount of brambles, thorn bushes and nettles, with creeping ivy covering the lot.

The ShadowClan dens are roughly placed in a semi-circle facing the entrance to their camp. They are quite varied as forms of sleeping places and yet almost all of them are desirably comfortable.

| Shadowclan's Territory
The most notable features of ShadowClan territory are the dark forest, rushing waterfall and the beautiful oak tree that's tallest of all the trees in the area. ShadowClanners are well adapted to this murky, marshy terrain but other cats who may not be so used to it are often caught out.

| Boundaries
ShadowClan territory is very dark and marshy. The ground is loosely covered by trees but mostly, the plantlife is either dead or in the process of dying. Ivy and other creepers have taken over this desperate looking land and many rocks litter the wet earth underpaw. They share borders with ThunderClan and WindClan also.

| Fourtrees
Every full moon a special event called a Gathering takes place here. ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, and ShadowClan attend. Loners do not usually attend the Gatherings however it is likely that they know about them. The Gatherings are undertaken with the sacred truce of StarClan as long as the moon is visible.

| Moonstone
This is a sacred stone found in a cave named Mothermouth. It is a communication method between StarClan and the living cats. Leaders must come here to recieve their nine lives and new name. Medicine cats and their apprentices must come here every half-moon to converse with StarClan.
