As I was saying, I prefer it when the whole becoming mates thing is totally unplanned by both rpers, makes it all more interesting. =)
I did that once on a forum, I made my first post with my first ever character and about a week later at the end of the thread he had a mate and five kits! Poor bugger didn't know what had happened to him..
