Sablefeather. It was she who's black-brown pelt was hidden, she who needed help. And she knew just the way. "Leafstar!" She whispered urgently as she hopped around, looking everywhere. "LEAFSTAR!!!" She wanted to yowl, but she didn't want to awake the rest of the clan. Everyone knew about Sablefeather's exile and supposed kits, and most hated her for it, but she had to let the truth out.

Leafstar heard her name being whispered from somewhere, and she turned towards it. She had just finished grooming herself, and she was near the middle of the camp. She headed towards the source, and when she arrived, she saw the black-brown pelt of Sablefeather, the previous ShadowClan Medicine Cat who had been exiled. The leader's fur bristled, and she hissed out accusingly, "Sablefeather! You better have a real good reason to be on ThunderClan territory!" Her claws were out and ready to chase this now rogue out, but she would at least listen to what the she-cat had to say.

She spun suddenly, joy in her eyes. Then a haunting despiration. "You have to hear this. everything you've heard about me is wrong. I was wrongly accused; I'm inoocent and I want at least one cat to believe me. Shadowclan won't listen and they don't need to, I trained Beechflight well." Her voice lowered and choked up with emotion. "Leafstar, you are the only cat who will believe me. Please. Would I come to you if I was lying?"

Leafstar calmed down a little, letting her fur lie flat. But she was still wary as she listened to Sablefeather. But her last words made sense, so she decided to listen at least. "Very well. What is the "truth" then?" She wasn't going to trust anyone so suddenly. She had to gain their trust first.

"Remember how I was exiled for having kits?' She gulped and tried to manage her voice as it crackled and her near tears. "I never had kits! Never, not once! I didn't even love a cat as one would love a mate." She had to sit down, for she thought her paws might eb ripped from the ground and her tossed into the sky in a wave of wind too light to even lift a feather. "Please, Leafstar. You must believe me."

The tabby she-cat listened and saw how on edge and emotional Sablefeather was. Even a very good liar could not fake the desperate look in her eyes. And Leafstar did remember seeing the ex-Medicine Cat right before she was exiled, and she never had looked pregnant. "Even if your words are true, what do you expect me to do? You've been an exile for a while, and the clans complain of your constant trespassing," she replied with a serious business-like tone. She had always liked the she-cat, but after her exile, Sablefeather seemed to change and lose the part of herself that loved the clans, and she apparently began bothered them. Leafstar didn't know if she could even trust her.

She had to recover before speaking again. "You don't have to do anything. I... I just had to know that not every cat believed the lie. I was raised and born in these clans. How can I just forget about them?" Her warm golden eyes met the leader's, even though many a time had she healed cats that had been attacked by Leafstar's warriors and perhaps by Leafstar herself.

[Before I reply, is this your plan to "corrupt ThunderClan" as your profile says or just an honest confession?]

[It's an honest confession, but it will pretty much pave the way for corruption.]

[Hmm... is it going to be a major thing? Because if so, you need to present it to us admins first. If it will be a small thing, then its fine, but i need to know what the plot is first too.]

[It's most likely gonna be small, like, miniture. Just a trouble-making rogue for now. If, however, I think anything major up, I'll contact the admins. I really don't have a plot yet, either. I'm working on one, though.]

[Ok, that works.]
Leafstar sat in silence for a few heartbeats. She believed that Sablefeather did not have kits, otherwise, where would they be? And perhaps somewhere in her heart, her soul still belonged with the Clans. But she could see that the black and brown she-cat had moved on anbd accepted life as an exile. Besides, Sablefeather would never fit into the life a ThunderClanner, especially since she used live in ShadowClan.
Her tail tip twitched right before she meowed, "Very well. Now that you have told me, what are you planning to do?" Her green eyes were narrowed, contemplating the rogue.

"I plan to go about my ways as a rogue, Leafstar." Now, Sablefeather wasn't even so sure herself of it. She started to feel uncomftarble under the gaze of the cat whom her clan hated, even though Sablefeather's own emotions about this cat was of a tolorable aquantince-ship. "Now, I'm very sorry to be going so sudden, but I must hunt now. Do not worry, I will not hunt on clan territory." And then, the former mediicne cat was gone.
[Sorry to leave so sudden, my muse can't take much more.]

Momentarily stunned by the she-cat's sudden departure, Leafstar watched as Sablefeather left for a few heart-beats, running through her head what had just happened. It was strange, that the previous ShadowClan Medicine Cat had chosen to come to her to confess her secret. A flicker of suspicion ran through Leafstar's mind, but at the moment, she couldn't do much about it.
She returned to camp, reminding herself to send a patrol out soon to check the territory, just in case the rogue had lied and decided to hunt on ThunderClan land. She knew deep within herself that Sablefeather would not hunt on her territory today, but she did it because it was her duty as leader. She sighed as she returned to camp, but she decided to push the subject to the back of her mind and let it rest. For now.
