New Info on Gatherings
Some members will have noticed that the November Gathering has only recently finished. This shouldn’t be happening. Gatherings should take no longer than a month at the very latest. For these reasons the admin team have decided to lay down some guidelines that we hope will make everything run a little bit smoother.

These guidelines will be put into action mostly by the leaders, so you don’t have to worry too much. The date for the next Gathering will be announced in this board within the next month, along with the Clan cats who are attending.

Some members will have noticed that the November Gathering has only recently finished. This shouldn’t be happening. Gatherings should take no longer than a month at the very latest. For these reasons the admin team have decided to lay down some guidelines that we hope will make everything run a little bit smoother.
Have a read;
- There will be a limit of four cats (not including leaders) from each Clan attending the Gatherings.
- It will not be necessary for every cat to post in-between leaders announcements. If your cat has nothing special to say then keep quiet until the end of the meeting.
- Leaders will be checking the recent activity of their chosen cats beforehand to make sure that no cats are slacking. Any cats who aren’t regular posters will not be allowed to go to Gatherings.
- Leaders will also be checking the absences board beforehand so that they know which cats are available.
- It is the responsibility of the leader to tell the deputy if they are to be away during a Gathering, for the deputy to take over the announcements.
