Personality:Curious, brave, intelligent, a born leader, fair. loving Other: Leopardstar sat at the edge of the windclan clearing flicking her ears, annoyed, as she looked at the other cats all with their mates. Echolight slid out of the warriors den, and began to walk towards the apprentice den in search of Thistlepaw when he spotted Leopardstar. She looked lonely, and without thinking he padded over and sat beside her. "What troubles you?" He asked, narrowing his eyes as he tried to spot what it was Leopardstar could see.

Leopardstar was surprised at the friendliness of the tom and he seemed nice. "Uh nothing really" she started, feeling stupid and careless at showing her emotions. No doubt other windclan cats had seen them too. "I just feel lonely" she was surprised at her openess but she kept going feeling comfortable."But the clan comes first so......" she trailed off into the distance her green eyes finally resting on his matching green eyes.

Echolight was suprised by her openness, but he merely nodded. "Just because you are leader does not mean the clan must always come first. A clan is not a clan without a strong leader, and a strong leader comes from happiness." He blinked as the leaf-green eyes rested on him, and he lowered his gaze thoughtfully.

Leopardstar suddenly felt a little better. She didn't know if it was his presence or..... no itwas his presence. " Yeah i know" she mewed. " Thanks Echolight i feel much better!"

Echolight smiled at his leader, a secret heartbeat increasing slightly. "I am glad I could help. Anytime you need me, you know where I am." He walked over to the fresh-kill pile and returned a moment later with two mice, one of which he dropped before Leopardstar.

Leopardstar suddenly realised that she was starving and twiched her ears in a friendly thank you. The mouse was lovely and tender but didn't last very long as she gulped it down in ranovous bites.
"Thanks Echolight! I didn't realise how hungry i was." She looked at him and felt her heart rise to her throat as a bubbly feeling envelpoed her.

Leopardstar chuckled at the jest. "ok then" she meowed "good luck!"
It was then that Leopardstar realised that her day had brightened suddenly. " We should chat more often Echolight, get to know each other more."

Leopardstar was glad at his reaction. Perhaps she wouldn't be lonely after all. She felt at ease around him and in a moment of compelte happiness twined her tail around his. She then realised what she had done and waited hopelessly for his reation.

Echolight looked at Leopardstar in suprise, his eyes clouded in confusion. Hesitantly, he passed a tongue over her ears, trying to determine if she was feeling how he felt.

Leopardstar sighed in relief, glad of his reacton. He seemed hesietant about his reaction so she followed suite, licking him on the ear too. A wave of emotions surged over her and she was surprised.
