Wild Fang was now accepted into the territory of RiverClan by Ebonstar. His days of being a nomad were now over. It was as though Fate had decreed it to be. He had gone through the loss of his home and family, starvation, transportation to a new and strange land, all the while continuously moving. Now, it was all over. Peace had come.
Wild Fang headed the way Ebonstar indicated. It was true-on the east side there was a large furrow. He slithered in. This was all made even more comfortable because Wild Fang knew that he could now rest and his past days were over. He watched as a vole creeped past, and with lightning speed, came down and killed it. It was the first substantial meal he had had in moons. He slithered in, contented.
