OOC: Apparently Metallic Moon a.k.a. Bengalfur, will not be here until either Sunday or Monday because of business. So we might have to wait a while. Just a heads up.

(OoC: Coolies. Haha, here goes..)
Nodding to the other leaders and the deputy, Bengalfur padded up the great rock to stand before the Clans. It was quite nauseating to see so many of them watching her, waiting for her to speak. She took a long, deep breath and some of the nerves seemed to die down.
'ShadowClan is well, overall. Risingstar has also been taken ill, but it's nothing our new medicine cat cant cope with' she swept a defiant glance across all the cats, as if daring them to say Beechflight wasn't good enough. Her tail flicked up over back as she tried to remember exactly what her leader had told her to say. The words as little as possible sprang to mind.
'We have enough prey and the water is still running clean, that is all' she finished, as little information as possible - just like Risingstar asked. She backed down from the speaking spot and threw a questioning look at the other three cats who stood beside her. If none of them had anything more to say then they might as well finish the gathering and leave. Bengalfur was eager to return to the ShadowClan camp. She was somewhat paranoid with the responsibility of looking after her rather temperamental leaders territory.

Hawktail looked up hopefully as Bengalfur finished. Were they finished now? No cat had really noticed her, and not a single soul had spoken to her. She was pleased. The part about Risingstar being ill caught her attention. The other day, Risingstar was acting completely normal. Hmm... Strange, Hawktail thought.
Snowynight watched quietly as the leaders finished speaking. Her first gathering as ThunderClan's deputy had gone well. She hadn't had any troubles yet, other than the slight embarrassment at attention being focused on her. She was happy that that was the only draw back.

'Well if none of the leaders or deputies have anything more, I declare this gathering over. Riverclan, to me!' Ebonstar yowled then flung herself off Highrock, plunging into the writhing mass of cats. She ran to the lip of the hollow and waited for her clan to join her.
Nightfeather jumped up and looked at his deputy expectantly, waiting for her to announce that Windclan was returning to their camp.

(OoC: Posting for Bengalfur again, sorry it's short but I don't know what she would say.. it's kinda difficult =/)
Acknowledging Ebonstars words with a mere flick of her ears the ShadowClan she-cat followed her off the great rock, gracefully leaping down and landing with a soft thump. She straightened up and immediately raised her tail as a signal to her Clanmates of where she was and of her intentions. She didn't wait for them to find her before she raced off in the opposite direction to Ebonstar, covering the grassy slope with a few long, controlled bounds. She glanced back as she reached the brow of the hill, just to make sure she was being followed, and with a short screeching meow she disappeared into the night.

Whitepaw had listened to the whole of the gathering in complete silence. By the records it had been a rather dull gathering but as it was his first, the little tomcat was just thrilled to be there. He had watched the Clan leaders and deputies with wide eyes and his ears had constantly been pricked up. He had also never left his mentors side.
As Ebonstar began to lead off up the hill, the surrounding cats broke into a babble of 'goodbye's and 'see you later's. In the confusion of so many cats leaving at the same time, Whitepaw lost sight of his Clanmates. Time seemed to stand still as he darted to and fro among the larger Warriors, starting to panic. He tried scenting the air but could only catch the faintest of RiverClan scent, which he lost soon after finding it. It was amazing how many Warriors looked pretty much the same and the apprentice soon thought he was going round in circles. He sat his rump back down on the floor, breathing heavily.
'Willowfur?' he meowed into the crowds, 'Where are you?' The black cat raised himself off the ground so he was standing meerkat-like on his hind legs and tried to peer over the crowds. Being small for his age it made little difference and so his only option was to sit still until somebody found him. He couldn't see the sides of the hollow through the twisting bodies of cats as they made their way home, and even if he could - he didn't remember where he came in from anyway.
How embarrassing.

"Windclan! Let's go." Leaping off the rock in time to land beside Nightfeather, she summoned her clan to her. As she led them back towards their own territory, she noticed an apprentice who was seemingly lost. Hesitantly, she approached him, and recognised him as a Riverclan apprentice, and the scent of another cat clung to him as though he spent most of his time with them. "You are Willowfur's apprentice right?" She asked, the scent one she recognised from an earlier gathering. "Stay still, someone from Riverclan will find you soon. I would help, but I am otherwise engaged," she advised, nodding towards her clan mates.
While her mind told her that the apprentice shouldn't be her worry, something in his eyes had called to her. Turning away, she padded over to her clanmates once more, keeping in time with Nightfeather rather than leading them. "So how did I do?" Moonstep purred.

"That was really fun," Frostpaw mewed to Skypaw, "I can't wait till the next one we can go to," She looked for Bengalfur but it seemed as though she'd already left. She got up and stretched out her muscles. Although it was nice to be around everyone, it was probably about time she should follow Bengalfur back to her own territory. She parted her mouth and tasted the air, searching for ShadowClan scent. She ran back up the steep slope she came down, relaxing as everything calmed down around her. Noticing how tired she was, Frostpaw ran even faster so she could curl up and fall asleep in her nice and warm den.

First to arrive and last to leave. That seemed to be the way for ThunderClan anyway.
As the Gathering broke up around them the two ThunderClan toms bounced towards one another, each as excited as a newly made apprentice. Jumping around and batting their paws on each others heads you would actually have thought them overgrown kits. Leafstar had not yet given the order to move out so the two didn't exactly care who was there and who was not, they could take their time. Besides, half the cats had left anyway so their immaturity was not /fully/ on display.
'We have to tell Triplefury everything!' Doublefaith breathed, his eyes alight with starshine, 'Otherwise he'll probably take our fur off..' he added as an afterthought.
'He'll be asleep when we get back, we can tell him tomorrow..' Singleflame replied, bouncing his black bum around in the air as he playfully swiped his brothers ears with a dainty paw. Even medicine cats could lose their dignity when most excited.. or medicine cat apprentices in his case.

Leafstar listened as Bengalfur spoke, and thought it strange about how little she said. But she supposed Risingstar had asked her to say as little as possible. After Ebonstar closed the Gathering, she calmly leaped off gracefully from the High Rock. She was in no hurry, better to so everyone leave and see that there was no plotting or anything...
She approached her Clan, which for the most part was gathered together and just waiting for her. The other three Clans had just left, and they were the last. She looked around her cats to see if everyone was there, and after the successful check, he nodded and meowed loudly, "Alright ThunderClan, let's go home." She led the journey back to camp, chatting with her warriors along the shadowy territory.

Ebonstar looked at the representitives of Riverclan and noticed one was missing. 'Willowfur, where is Whitepaw?' she questioned the she-cat.Nightfeather licked Moonsteps ear in an unusual show of affection and purred back 'You were wonderful.' He continued on to Windclan territory quietly, happy just to have Moonstep there with him. Skypaw raced after her freind, following her by scent more than sight. When she reached the lip of the hollow, she could see Frostpaw a few meters ahead. She ran to catch up with her and meowed, 'Niether can I that was so fun!'Slowly rising to his feet, very similar to his namesake the dawn, Dawnsghost meowed at his companion, 'Shall we go? Leafstars waiting.'<sorry it's short i've had a mental block all week if thats even possible ;D>

Ok Hawkswing mewed, turning to her new mate Dawnsghost. Slowly she got to her feet and linked her tail with his. As she did so she noticed the decaying smell of Riverclan but a fresh one still remained. Carefully she bounded over to the lone Riverclan Apprentice. Hiya! You must be Whitepaw!she purred, her pale blue eyes were full of concern. You lost??

Whitepaw jumped visibly as he heard the soft feminine voice of the WindClan deputy in his ear. He turned to face her, listening closely to what she said.. She seemed to know his mentor Willowfur and so he trusted her. He nodded his head in reply to her advice and stayed where he was, watching her pad away to join her mate and fellow Clanmembers. He shivered in the cold night's wind and curled his tail to lay by his side.
As he watched the remaining cats leave he noticed a pair of ThunderClanners, obviously mates by their behaviour, who appeared to be walking towards him. He shrank back a couple of paces in fear - the two were very big compared to him.
'You must be Whitepaw, you lost?' said the she-cat, whose name he did not know.
'Umm.. yeah, I don't know where to go.' he mumbled, remembering Moonsteps advice to just stay still, 'I don't know where my Clan are.. I cant scent them anywhere..' he continued, trying his best not to sound as pathetic as a newborn kit. He stood a little straighter once he'd realised he wasn't about to get eaten and even tried to smile. The resultant look wasn't all too pretty but the nerves were biting at the young cats paws. All he wanted was to be told which route would take him back to his own territory.

'Alright ThunderClan, let's go home' came the order from amongst the group of ThunderClanners still left in the clearing at Fourtrees. Set appart from the main group were a couple of young tomcats who seemed to have the wind up their tails. The pair had previously been batting each other around with their forepaws but had now progressed to full-on kit-like playfighting. The smaller of the two, a black tom, was currently being squashed by his older and bigger brother. He didn't seem to be enjoying it.
'Gerroff Dubs you're pulling my tail!' he yowled playfully, aiming a generous swipe at the tortoiseshells butt as he wriggled and writhed in vain attempts to free himself. 'Dubs', more commonly known as Doublefaith bounced off into the darkness, following the ThunderClan scent as the rest of the Clan returned to the territory. Singleflame hastily bounded off after him, not even noticing that Hawkswing and Dawnsghost had stayed to talk to a RiverClan apprentice. He was just too caught up in the excitement and, as a mother would say, over-tired.

'Oh.. umm, the WindClan deputy told me to just stay here..?' meowed the tom uncertainly. He didn't like disagreeing with other cats but the advice they were giving him conflicted with both his instincts and what the senior cat had told him previously. He pawed nervously at the dry earth as he studied the she-cat infront of him. She looked kind, and he didn't really believe she was planning on tricking him, but his mentor had always warned him of trusting strange cats, particularly when you're lost and outnumbered. It was one of those things that was drilled into the apprentices almost every day. He had watched the two ThunderClan toms with interest, admiring their carefree manner in what was - to him - a rather tense situation. When the four Clans gathered it was well known as a prickly occasion.
'If you could just point me in the right direction I'm sure I could find my way back myself' he mewed, actually looking Hawkswing in the eye as he spoke, 'It's just that everything looks quite similar from here and all the scents are mixed up..'
He didn't like making excuses for his blatent failure at being a wild cat, but he had also been told that he had to appear as strong and fit infront of the other Clans, incase they got any ideas. His head had been so packed with information before his first Gathering that he had quite forgotten all his basic training.

Occ- Ok sorry i've missed abit < : P sorry Willowfur held her head up proudly. She thought she had seen afew new furry faces here. she opened up her tiny jaws to speak"Way'd a go" she yowled politely when the beautiful she-cat stood up and announced that Snowynight was deputy. Then she sat back on her haunches, a small tornado of dust swishing away from her rump as it flopped down on a sandy area. When is Ebonstar gonna show me our new deputy? she wondered. She had not seen this new deputy yet as she has been buzy with her apprentice, Whitepaw, and when she wasn't with the white she-cat she was too buzy hunting. She liked to go out on her own at night as it calmed her down. She pricked her ears as her sleek leader padded up onto the smooth rock which overlooked all the other clans. And which connected all the clans together. The powerful tom's powerful voice rang across the clearing, catching the impatient cats attention. Willowfur swung her black head toward her leader, glad to be a Riverclan warrior. Her leaders voice rang loud and clear, and as soon as he mentioned Wolfblaze Willowfur yowled in pure happiness. This was how to show that your clan is strong! Occ- what else can i put?

Hawkswing noticed the cautiousness but didn't push the issue. Sure she replied. Lifting her nose to the air she sniffed for a few seconds and then flicked her tail in the direction of the riverclan camp. That way she mewed. Continue going straight until you reach the forest then turn right and you'll come to a stream. Follow it and you'll reach Riverclan./b] She watched carefully for his reaction

Grateful to the older Warrior for not pressing him about his cautiousness the apprentice listened hard, taking in every detail of the directions and matching them exactly to the route they had taken on the way here. How could he have been so stupid? He relaxed visibly as he pictured the route in his head.
'Thanks so much!' he meowed, rising to his feet with a new spring in his step, 'I know the route now you say it' He rolled his eyes jokingly as he said it, imagine forgetting the way back to your territory. Silly tomcat. He made a mental note to ask Willowfur to show him RiverClan territory again, just to refresh his very poor memory. He took a running leap at the hill, swaying his tail in farewell to the ThunderClan she-cat as he reached the top. The black cat blended in so perfectly with the darkness you wouldn't have noticed him had he not turned around, reflecting the moonlight in his shining yellow eyes.
'Wait, what's your name?' he called back, remembering his manners. It seemed a bit rude to be helped by some cat and not even know their name, especially when they appeared to know yours.
